What is Cosmetic Vaginoplasty?

This is a cosmetic process through which the female vagina is tightened after the muscles fall lax after child birth. Now the question is whether the cosmetic vaginoplasty is a safe medical process to under take. It is a surgical process that is properly propagated by doctors for toning vaginal muscles after delivery for enjoyment of sexual intercourse by enhancing the appearance of the female genitalia. If we are to go with the findings of the ACOG or American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, women are advised against going for vaginal rejuvenation processes as these might be potentially harmful and devastating.

There may be all the right kind of reasons as to why you are required to go for cosmetic vaginoplasty and vaginal rejuvenation, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists warns the women against going for this kind of treatment. One of the foremost reasons for this is that vaginal rejuvenation is not medically indicated. More than that, the efficacy as well as safety of this procedure is not affected by the right scientific evaluations. These are some of the reasons as to why vaginal rejuvenation is not recommended.
