The laser resurfacing is a process that involves removal of wrinkled or broken skin, by each layer. This is a laser peel containing CO2, used for removing appearance of fine lines or around the eyes or the mouth.  The laser treatment using a ray of laser energy evaporates the broken layer of skin. This laser treatment is also very effective for reducing blemishes, scars or pigmentations. The laser treatment can be done all over the face or in the affected areas.

The laser methods commonly used in facelifts and eye lid surgeries are said to be more effective and less painful. It does not cause severe bleeding or discomforts after operations. However in some cases, a chemical peel or dermabrasion may be used instead of laser treatment.
